Shanghai Jiaohua Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd., was established in 1984 supported by the technological research achievements of Shanghai Jiaotong University. It is a professional fluid coupling manufacturer whose products have now been named one of Shanghai’s brand name products.

At the initial stage, our main task was to produce domestically made coupling designed by Shanghai Jiaotong University instead of importing from other countries to assist the equipment localization drive of Shanghai Baosteel Company. Later we manufactured a large number of couplings for the second and third phase project of Baosteel, successfully achieving the localization goal. The technicians of our company cooperate closely with specialists and professors from Shanghai Jiaotong University, creating a strong technology force. Our couplings have scientific structure, excellent performance, complete specifications to meet the requirements of customers for various connection type, situation and places of operation. Following the market demand, we have developed the time-delaying coupling and obtained national patent for it. With more than twenty years of development, our company has already established a modern management mechanism, secured quality products and forged outstanding after-sales service. Particularly in the casting of aluminum for major parts of couplings, our products rank very high. We passed the standard attestation of ISO9002︰1994 version in 1999, ISO9001︰2000 version in 2003 and ISO9001︰2008version in 2009.

As a member of China Hydraulic Pneumatics & Seals Association, our company is awarded with Level Two Measurement Certificate by State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Productions License by Shanghai foundry industry. In 1992, we developed water fluid coupling winning the Shanghai New Product Certificate of that year. In 2005, our variable speed fluid coupling was awarded the 15th energy saving product by State Bureau of Machine Building Industry and Customer Satisfaction Product Certificate by the Shanghai government. In 2010 the winning of the title of Shanghai brand name products promoted the popularity of our products but also pushed us to develop further and better.

In the past twenty years or so, our products with their widely accepted good quality and trusted after-sales service have been selling to all the provinces, cities and autonomous regions around the country, including some of them finding their way to the overseas market in package sales.
